James Peters is a semi-professional Escape Artist, and has performed in front of audiences in the UK, Germany and the USA. He holds the Guinness World Record for the most strait-jacket escapes in a single day (193), and is the founder of UK Escape Artists, which is dedicated to passing on escapology skills to a new generation. At the Redbridge Carnival, James will will be explaining some of the history of escapology, and demonstrating several escapes (and the techniques used!), including the escape from a regulation strait-jacket!
